Eating in Narberth
See how many different kinds of food you can eat in my town. You will meet lots of friendly people in food stores and take-out shops.


First, let's go to our supermarket, the American Family Supermarket.

This is where you can get cheeses and meats. It is the deli counter. Can you find the Liberty Bell?

 

We have a health food store where you can buy whole grain breads, brown rice, and healthy snacks.

There is even a place to eat lunch in the back of the shop. Do you like lentil soup?

Maybe you would like some pizza instead.

You can order pizza, calzone, stromboli...YUM!

I can practice speaking Chinese with my friends at China King.

I like to order vegetarian spring rolls, Chinese greens, eggplant with garlic sauce...hen hao!

We also have a Japanese food shop. There is sushi, stir fry, and Japanese pizza! Really!

At the Japanese shop, you can buy tea, and soups, and many kinds of noodles.

Are you ready for some French pastry for dessert?

There are many beautiful cakes, tarts, and pastries to choose from.

We have several places to eat and drink with neighbors and friends. One place is The Greeks.

Another place people like to eat is called The Great American Pub.
